Kansas 4-H Discovery Days Session Proposals Reminder

Submitted by Dona Sue Ratliff

Kansas 4-H Discovery Days 2025 will be held June 4-6 at Kansas State University.

This college and career readiness event for high school-aged youth has been a partnership for more than 100 years between K-State and Kansas 4-H. If you would be willing to provide an educational session during the event, please complete the information request. Please complete your submissions by March 1, 2025

A variety of session lengths are being offered across two days. Our youth depend on you for exciting, informative educational sessions that give them a variety of topics to choose from.

June 4 - SPARK Sessions - 1 Hour informative sessions - Afternoon ONLY - Please consider offering this same session back-to-back so more youth have the option to attend.

June 5 - ¼ day or ½ day sessions. - Please indicate if you can offer the same session back to back OR if you need Morning or Afternoon Only.

A Career Opportunity Fair will also take place in the morning on Friday, June 6, in the K-State Student Union. This is a time to share information about your programs with more than 200 high school-aged youth.

Thank you to those who have already submitted sessions and please consider if you have something you could offer.

Please contact me if you have any questions, dsratlif@ksu.edu.
