Verify Your Address on File is Correct

As the end of the year approaches, all employees are reminded to review and update their address information in HRIS Employee Self-Service. Accurate address information ensures timely delivery of your W-2 form, especially if you have not chosen to receive it electronically.
Employees may choose to:
- Receive an electronic W-2 in early January through State of Kansas Employee Self Service, or
- Receive a W-2 paper mailed to their home address in late January.
Please note that the State of Kansas W-2 includes income information from all State of Kansas sources, including multiple university departments or other state agencies.
