KAE4-HA Spring Development Conference – Save the Date

KAE4-HA invites all professionals working with 4-H Youth Development programs to attend the KAE4-HA Spring Meeting and Youth Development Conference, Nourish to Flourish – Growing 4-H Professionals.
The conference will be held April 7–9, 2026, at the Sedgwick County Extension Office in Wichita.

This engaging professional development opportunity is designed to equip and strengthen 4-H professionals across Kansas. Participants will gain practical tools, resources, and collaborative ideas to enhance local programming and expand their impact.

Conference sessions will focus on:
• Youth Leadership 
• Day Camps
• Club Management
• Volunteer Recruitment, Recognition, Retention, and Training
• Working with PDCs, Extension Boards, and Fair Boards
• Impact Reporting 
• All Things 4-H Awards and Recognition Opportunities

Whether you are new to your role or an experienced professional looking to grow your program, Nourish to Flourish will provide meaningful learning, connection, and practical strategies to help you and the youth you serve Beyond Ready.
