First Friday Entrepreneurship Call February 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

Londa Nwadike is the speaker for the “First Friday” E-Call on February 3 at 9:30 a.m. Nwaldike will give an overview of the new standards for horticulture and food sales and tell about available training.

The Entrepreneurship subgroup of the Community Development PFT is hosting monthly “First Friday” Zoom call at https://ksu.zoom.us/j/2636377104. The purpose of the call is to increase agents’ knowledge of the experts, education opportunities and economic resources available to encourage entrepreneurs in your communities.

Londa Nwadike is State Extension Consumer Food Safety Specialist for Kansas and Missouri. She works with county/district Extension Family and Consumer Science agents and other stakeholders in both states to develop programming and resources in food safety, focusing on consumer issues.

“First Friday” zoom notices are sent to all agents who have community development responsibilities and to the CD PFT. To have your name placed on the First Friday Zoom list, please contact Nancy Daniels, nkdaniels@ksu.edu.
