Review Your 2017 Health Insurance Coverage
Submitted by Human Capital Services - Benefits
Insurance premiums and plans changed January 1. For information about plan changes and premiums please review the active state employee booklet provided by the State Employee Health Plan. New premium rates as well as health savings account employer and employee contributions will be reflected on your January 13 paycheck.
The beginning of the year is an important time to review your 2017 health coverage, health savings/health reimbursement account and flexible spending enrollment. You may review directly from the state of Kansas Membership Administrative Portal. You will no longer be able to view your enrollment information on your benefits summary as you have in previous years.
To review 2017 enrollment:
Log into HRIS as you do to review your paycheck
Go to Employee Self Service
Select Benefits
Select Health Insurance Enrollment
You may need to re-enter your eID and password
Select the Benefits tab to review 2017 elections
After reviewing, be sure to logout
Please note: When reviewing the information, be aware the amounts listed are monthly, rather than per paycheck. Additionally, the employer contribution for the health savings account and health reimbursement account shows $0. For the employer contribution for the health savings account and health reimbursement account please refer to Page 24 in the active state employee booklet.
If you have questions on your enrollment, please email the State Employee Health Plan directly at sehpmembership@kdheks.gov.
