What You Need to Know About Annual Conference

Dates: October 16-18, 2018

Theme: Strengthening Our Core Competencies

Hotels: We have room blocks at three hotels – Holiday Inn at the Campus (cutoff date September 24), Fairfield Inn by Marriott (cutoff date September 14), and Parkwood Inn and Suites.

Posters: The poster proposal form is open until October 1. Charles Taber, provost and executive vice president, will be attending the poster session/reception on Tuesday, October 16.

Parking permits: If you need a permit, order through Parking Services. There are options for a 3-day permit or individual permits for each day of the conference.

Research session:  The session on Industrial Hemp Research in Kansas will be Wednesday, October 17, in the K-State Student Union and will run on the same schedule as the core competency sessions.

Registration: The conference registration form is posted. Deadline is October 1
