Extension Leadership Conference Sponsored by JCEP
The Extension Leadership Conference sponsored by JCEP, will be held on February 6 and 7, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas at the Wyndham Hotel which is located on the famous Riverwalk. The theme for this year's conference is "Cultivating Leaders" with an emphasis on how to develop leaders within the local community as well as within the Extension profession. The conference presentations will focus on leadership development at all levels including local, state and the national level. The conference is designed to foster and to build leadership skills in current and potential leaders working in the Extension system. The conference is not just for those already in leadership positions. If you are wanting to add to your leadership skills, this conference is for you. If you or someone you know could benefit, encourage them to attend. All are welcome.
The planning committee is looking for presentations for breakout session presentations and for posters for a poster session. We are looking for proposals that fit the theme and objectives of the conference which is the development of leadership skills.
