UPDATE: Agent Performance Review

Listed below is an important update about the agent performance review process as well as a few reminders. 

UPDATE:

• We were alerted that two text boxes on the agent's self-evaluation (#11 and #13) were missing. We were able to add them back in on Monday morning (8/31). If you submitted your performance review documents prior to noon on 8/31 and would like to go back in to add information to the agent self-evaluation, ask your regional director to "unsubmit" your performance review.  

REMINDERS:

• Be sure to check out the Agent Performance Review webpage that contains instructions, links to PEARS Support pages and samples of the board surveys and self-evauation. While you're there, be sure to download the agent instructions. 
• If you want a copy of your completed agent self-evaluation, be sure to click on the print button at the top of the page BEFORE you submit your performance review.   
• For Local Unit Directors, be sure to check out the instructions on the Agent Performance Review webpage.  Separate instructions are listed for LUD with administrative responsibilities and LUD with supervisory responsibilities. 
• For Local Unit Directors with supervisory responsibilities - when you send the email to board members about agent performance review, it will include a link to the agents that you supervise. Your regional director will send the email to board members for a link to your performance review.
