Remember to Submit Regional and Statewide Zoom Meetings to the KSRE Master Calendar to Avoid Scheduling Conflicts

Submitted by Laurie Chandler

With the increased number of zoom meetings each week for organizational meetings and professional development, it's probably no surprise that some of these meetings are overlapping with each other. We're hearing some frustration among extension professionals about the scheduling conflicts of many of these meetings.

If you are planning an upcoming meeting -- virtual or face-to-face -- for a portion of the KSRE system we would encourage you to utilize the KSRE Master Calendar to post an upcoming regional and statewide zoom meeting. The Master Calendar was created as a tool for extension specialists and agents to use when determining when to schedule regional and statewide events and avoiding scheduling conflicts. (The Master Calendar appears on the Employee Resources page.)

Send your meeting information -- either external or internal -- to Anne Springer, spr@ksu.edu; or Laurie Chandler, lchandle@ksu.edu; so that your meeting can get added to the calendar.

Because the Master Calendar is available to the public to view, we will not post the zoom link on the calendar. The zoom link can be shared through TEAMS or through the registration process.
