Where Do I Find my 2020 W2?
If you are like most of us, you will be wondering where to go to find the electronic version of your 2020 W2. If you consented to receive your W2 electronically you will go to the State of Kansas Employee Self-Service Center. If you did not consent to receive it electronically, they will be mailed out sometime this month to the addresses they have on file for all employees. If you would like to consent to receive them electronically in the future, you can go to the State of Kansas Employee Self-Service Center site and you can update that there also.
You will need your KSU employee number that you can find in your HRIS self-service and then your password. If you forgot your password, they make it easy to go in and change it.
