Do you have skills or educational topics to share with farm/ranch women? The Women Managing the Farm Conference will be held February 9 - 11, 2022, at the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center in Manhattan, KS. This conference brings together female farm operators, farm partners, landowners and farm wives into an empowering, engaging and credible learning environment. Past in-person conference attendance averages 250 women, who range from those already actively engaged in farming and ranching to those who have just married into or inherited a farm.

Voluntary breakout session proposals for the 2022 Women Managing the Farm Conference are being accepted through October 1, 2021. These are hour-long sessions that can cover a variety of topic areas including financial, human/personal, legal, price/marketing, production, community advocacy or development, retail agriculture, social media, agritourism and many others.

Submissions must include presenter contact information, description of the session, target audience, learning objectives, and hands-on application of information to be shared with conference participants. Notifications of accepted proposals will be announced this fall. Presenters for accepted proposals will receive complimentary registration for the 2022 Women Managing the Farm Conference.
