PIVOT Grants Database Training
Did you know that as a K-State Research and Extension employee you have access to a database listing over $98 billion in grant funding? Did you know this database is free and easy to access? Program grants, travel grants, scholarships, professional development funding, and more can all be found through the PIVOT Grants Database. You’ll learn how to set up a login account, how to navigate the available tools, and ideas on how this resource can be used, not just for your own programming, but also as a resource you can provide on behalf of Extension to your local nonprofits, schools, government, and others.
PIVOT also lists calls for journal article submissions, upcoming national and international conferences, and potential collaborators. Join Jan Steen from K-State Research and Extension’s Community Vitality Team on Tuesday, February 8, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. to see a demonstration and get your questions answered.
