Foods and Food Preservation Judging Information

As you select fair judges for the Foods project and Food Preservation project, I'd like to remind you to PLEASE tell them about the resources available to be an educated judge, and to help them understand what to look for as they evaluate exhibits.
Please pass along to them the resources available at https://www.rrc.k-state.edu/judging/index.html. This also includes the information about frostings and fillings that 4-Hers can use to do the calculations of their recipes. This is for frostings and fillings (such as cream cheese filling in a braided bread) only.
