Please Come Meet Samantha Bennett, the New Host of Agriculture Today
As many of you are well aware, I will be retiring on June 10, after 39 years as the extension agricultural radio specialist at K-State. My successor, Samantha Bennett, will join the department on May 31. We would like to give her the opportunity to meet as many of the folks who impact the Agriculture Today broadcast as possible, prior to my departure.
Therefore, there will a meet-and-greet reception for Samantha on Tuesday, June 7, at 11:00 a.m. in Waters Hall room 137 on the campus. She comes to us from Auburn University, and I am very enthused about handing the Agriculture Today baton to her. If you can spare some time to come by, introduce yourself and visit with her, it would be greatly appreciated.
Likewise, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD about this to your colleagues. For those who can't be on campus for this, there will likely be a Zoom connection for anyone who would like to take in her formal introduction.
