Dale Lanham Retirement Celebration February 3
Dale Lanham is retiring February 3, after 49 years of dedicated service to K-State Research and Extension. Dale began his career in Woodson County in January 1974, where he served as the agricultural agent. In 2018, Woodson County joined the Southwind District where Dale served as a livestock agent, focusing on sheep and goat production. When Dale was hired, the extension council secretary at the time, asked if he would promise to stay at least three years. Dale definitely honored her request and more!
A retirement reception is planned for February 3, from 4-6 p.m., at the 4-H Community Building, located at 713 S. Fry Street in Yates Center. If you are unable to attend the reception, cards can be mailed to 736 Grouse Road, Yates Center, KS 66783.
