Rock Springs Ranch is seeking a service-minded, positive thinker who can join our team as the equine program manager. This position is responsible for the care of the horse herd and equine program development and implementation at Rock Springs Ranch. The ideal candidate would possess a high level of organizational skills, knowledge of horses and pasture management and have proficient communication skills.
This position will live on site and serve as the manager on duty on a rotational schedule to host retreat and conference groups.
