Shout Out: Karen Blakeslee
This week's Shout Out comes from Amanda Lindahl, Local Food System Program Coordinator, and is sent for Karen Blakeslee, Rapid Response Center Coordinator. Amanda writes:
"Shout Out to Karen Blakeslee at the Rapid Response Center for celebrating 20 years of producing a monthly, You Asked It! newsletter to share with the public. Karen is a consistent voice of knowledge and expertise for food related questions and technical assistance at the Rapid Response Center AND the Kansas Value Added Foods Lab.
I also appreciate Karen’s consistent participation in our Local Foods TDT, bringing all her expertise to the team."
