The Grand Challenge for Health Initiative

Dear Valued Extension Professional,
Your continued approach to blending community engagement and dynamic Extension programming to address pressing health issues leads us to invite you to become a member of the fourth cohort of the KSRE Grand Challenge for Health (GCfH) Initiative. Through this eight-week course (which will be a micro-credential) and funding opportunity, you will gain opportunities for professional development, funding, programmatic support, and partnerships that support your efforts to improve the health of Kansans in the communities where they live, learn, work, and play.
We encourage you to say “Yes!” to this invitation, discuss this opportunity with your Extension unit leader, and your local board, and contact the GCfH Initiative leaders with your questions (Elaine Johannes & Lisa Ross) with support from Stephanie Gutierrez, Elizabeth Kiss, Erin Martinez, Priscilla Brenes, and Christina Holmes.
