High Quality, Low Cost Training? We've Got It!

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

Step 1 Authorize Yourself; Step 2 Gain Skills, Step 3 Mobilize Others

Facilitation is one of the key strategies Extension utilizes to make progress on challenges. Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) training is a valuable tool in our facilitation toolbox.

KLC training offers the opportunity to disrupt traditional learning patterns, identify barriers to progress, and provide actionable leadership skills, in a supportive environment with hands-on practice.

The KLC leadership path has three steps meant to be taken in sequence. Please find your step on the KLC Path and register, while every option is available to you. Use payment code KSRE2024. The scholarship pays for registration, you are responsible for travel, books, and accommodations for in-person training.

We highly recommend the in-person workshops which give you time away in a professional setting. Kansans rarely experience such a diverse group of learners; once you've experienced it, you'll know why diversity matters. If you need a virtual experience, virtual classes are available and highly rated by your colleagues.
