Updates to Accommodation Request Form
Updates were made recently to the KSRE Reasonable Accommodation Request Form. Please delete any previous bookmarks to the form and begin using the new link immediately. Patrons can access the form publicly by clicking on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on the KSRE homepage. Staff can access the link and more information about the request process at Employee Resources>Programming and Reporting>Civil Rights, Diversity and Access.
In addition to a new accommodation request form, language has changed to request that reasonable accommodation requests be submitted four weeks prior to the event in order to help KSU's accommodations specialist manage the requests. Please note that accommodation requests can be submitted up to the day of an event. Submitting requests as soon as possible increases our ability to provide the most effective accommodations.
