Per Diem Rate Changes Effective October 1
The Federal CONUS Rates have been updated effective October 1, 2024. Concur has updated the travel allowance to reflect the current rates for all travel occurring on October 1, 2024, and later. Travel that occurred before October 1, 2024, will continue to follow the reimbursement guidelines/rates for that time-frame.
There was an increase to the STANDARD LODGING RATE from $107 PER NIGHT to $110 PER NIGHT. (150% = $165.00) The STANDARD CONUS RATE for M&IE increased from $59 per day to $68 per day.

Contiguous United States (CONUS)
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) maintains the M&IE rates and lodging rates for travel locations in the contiguous United States.
Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS)
The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) maintains the M&IE rates and lodging rates for travel locations within Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories/Possessions.
International Locations
The U.S. Department of State (DOS) is the source for M&IE rates only for international travel locations. Payment for actual lodging expenses is allowed.
