Updated 4-H Horse ID Form

The Kansas 4-H Horse Identification Form has been updated and is available for download from the bookstore. 

Beginning with the 2025 4-H Program year, please direct your 4-H Horse members to discard the previous Horse ID Form and use the new form. As a reminder, the 4-H member is to keep the original Horse ID and the local Extension Office is to keep a copy.
