Kansas 4-H Shooting Sports Handbook. 4H1101. Chandra Plate. Updated for 2024. The Kansas 4-H Shooting Sports Program is one way for youth to develop life and social skills. It is based on the National 4-H Shooting Sports Program. This handbook includes program goals, policies, training requirements, and other information for adult volunteers and youth participants.
