Shout Out: Joel Wallace
This week the Shout Out is from Anna Muir, Phillips-Rooks Extension District Director; and is sent for Joel Wallace, Vice President & Director of Client Success at Canopy. Anna writes:
"Not All Heroes Wear Capes…Some Wear PEARS Proficiency!
When all of my reports went MIA from the PEARS system—whether it was pilot error or a system glitch—I was staring down a deadline with my stress level at the tipping point. But then, like a true behind-the-scenes superhero, Super Joel swooped in!
With calm expertise and a touch of magic, Joel not only recovered my reports but got me back on track in time to complete my performance review by that October 1 deadline. His quick thinking, technical skill, and unwavering support saved my reports and my sanity!
Joel, your dedication and problem-solving superpowers make you a true Extension legend. Thank you for being the kind of hero who doesn’t need a cape to make a huge impact. I’m forever grateful!"
