Introducing Our Facilitation Initiative Core Team
On behalf of the Facilitation Initiative, I am happy to announce the inaugural class of our Facilitation Initiative Core Team Members.
A big congratulations and welcome to this dedicated group! At the recommendation of facilitation team members across the state, this group was called into action and we know they'll bring a new level of connection and energy to our efforts.

Kyler Langvardt, Geary County
Chuck Laughlin, McPherson County
Tara Markley, Johnson County
Anne Pitts, Harvey County
This new team will serve a two-year term and will be central to supporting all our facilitators.
Their main roles include:
• Connecting facilitators across the state with important information and resources.
• Planning and executing trainings, including our quarterly "drive-ins" and the Facilitation Initiative Intensive Training (FIIT).
• Building strong relationships among all facilitators in the state.
Applications for this first team were requested and carefully evaluated back in August.
Please join us in celebrating our new Core Team as they begin their work! We look forward to seeing the great things they accomplish in the next two years.
