IT Help Desk Express and IT Sessions for Annual Conference
During the KSRE annual conference, K-State Information Technology Services will be hosting two sessions to cover Zoom basics, sharing with OneDrive for Business and managing listservs. These sessions cover the same topics and are scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, at 8:30 a.m. in Hale 407, and Wednesday, October 22, at 2:30 p.m. in the Union Little Theater.
This year Information Technology Services also will staff the IT Help Desk Express available to assist you during the conference with your technology needs. During the breaks the IT Help Desk Express will be hosting mini presentations at their table covering topics such as, Using Qualtrics as a forms replacement, Basics of OneNote, Sharing from OneDrive for Business, Plickers (an alternative to electronic clickers) and others.
