Every Third Friday: Cultivating a Resilient Workplace Culture
Mark your calendars and be sure to join this month's Every Third Friday Zoom on May 15, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Andrea Schmutz, with Utah State University Extension, will present "Cultivating a Resilient Workplace Culture: Nurturing Skills to Improve Productivity, Job Performance and Well-Being."
The goals of her presentation are to examine stressors faced by Extension professionals, recognize the impact of office culture on employees' well-being and performance, practice activities that you can use to build resilience and investigate best practices to promote a resilient workplace culture.
Andrea presented this session at the Joint Council of Extension Professionals Extension Leadership Conference earlier this spring. She is also the co-worker of Paul Hill, who presented the keynote address, "Innovation in Extension," at last year's annual conference.
