Civil Rights Non-Discrimination Statements Updated

As a result of feedback from staff across the state, some changes and clarifications have been made to the disability accommodations process and procedural framework. A video outlining the updates and new procedures as well as a recording of last Friday’s follow-up Zoom can be accessed on the KSRE Civil Rights Website under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Resources. The link to the disability accommodation request intake form is also located there.
The notice of non-discrimination for events has been updated in English and Spanish on the website under Public Notification of Civil Rights>Notices of Non-Discrimination. The notice of non-discrimination has also been updated in the KSRE Marketing Canvas course.
