Cultivating a Resilient Workplace Culture: Recording of Every Third Friday Available
Many thanks to John Forshee and the Joint Council of Extension Professionals for organizing last week's Every Third Friday session, "Cultivating a Resilient Workplace Culture," presented by Andrea Schmutz, with Utah State University Extension. Andrea's presentation focused on examining stressors faced by Extension professionals, recognizing the impact of office culture on employees' well-being and performance, practicing activities that you can use to build resilience and investigating best practices to promote a resilient workplace culture.
