KS-JCEP Professional Development
Last month we read that one of the purposes of the Kansas Joint Council of Extension Professionals was to promote a positive work environment in several different ways. This month we’ll look at professional development. KS-JCEP’s structure provides a framework to facilitate professional development for all Kansas Extension Professionals, and being part of KS-JCEP gives us access to some great opportunities with JCEP at the national level.
Mark your calendars for February 9-10, 2022 when JCEP Extension Leadership Conference comes to Kansas City. Not only is this conveniently located, but it’s a chance to learn from an array of national presenters on Extension leadership topics.
