2022 4-H Achievement Pin Order Form
These 1" sized pins can be awarded to 4-H club members to honor their program achievements and are available for purchase throughout the year from the K-State Research and Extension Bookstore. Pins are $2.95 each + shipping and handling. All orders are expected to be available for pick up or shipped during the first few weeks of October.
*During August, the Kansas 4-H Foundation will cover the cost of one (1) pin from each program. Please use the left column within the form to indicate if you would like one free pin and use the right-hand column within the form to order any remaining pins. Any orders received after September 2, 2022, will still be processed, but will no longer be eligible for any free items.
