100th Anniversary Discovery Days - Registration Open Now!

Submitted by Dona Ratliff

Kansas 4-H will be hosting the Discovery Days Event and this year is our 100th year for this event. (Formerly known as Round-Up). It will continue to be held on the campus of Kansas State University and will happen June 7 - 9, 2023. Come be a part of the fun and educational opportunity. Develop college or career readiness skills that prepare youth for life after high school. Youth participants will be given opportunities to develop responsibility, confidence, independence, accountability, problem- solving, decision-making and time-management skills. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and make new friends from all over the state.

This event is for youth ranging in age from 13-18 years old. It will cost $210 plus some possible special fees for certain class sessions. We have almost 40 amazing sessions to choose from but some are limited in size, so get registered as soon as possible. Check here for all the information and registration!

Emerald Circle - We are excited to announce that Discovery Days participants will be included in a special recognition event honoring the State Project Award Winners. This event will be held in the K-State Student Union on the evening of Thursday, June 8, and will include an evening social and entertainment. More details to follow!
