4-H Judges Database
The 4-H Judges Database is available to Extension Staff for hiring of judges. To access the database, you will need to join the Kansas 4-H Youth Development Team in Teams (not the Youth Development Channel in KSRE Resources). The database is available in Hidden Channels> Educational Experiences> Files> Fair> Judges Database_2023 PY.xlsx. **Please download the excel spreadsheet to your computer before manipulating the data. The spreadsheet in Teams is the master, and manipulating there changes the data for everyone.
The survey link for the 2024-25 Judges Database will open July 1 and will be available within the Fair Resources pages on the Kansas 4-H Site. We ask that you assist us in promoting the sign up with your local fair judges and volunteers. Additional materials (posts, flyers, graphics) will be distributed as we approach July 1.
