Shout Out: Carla Nemecek
This week the Shout Out is from Rebecca McFarland, Frontier District Extension Director; and is sent for Carla Nemecek, Eastern Regional Extension Director. Rebecca writes:
"Over the past two years, our team has navigated several challenging situations in our interactions with the public. As Director, I reached out to our Eastern Regional Director, Carla Nemecek, to discuss these issues. Carla has been an invaluable resource—always willing to listen, offer thoughtful insights, and help problem-solve. She brings fresh perspectives while consistently providing encouragement and guidance. I deeply appreciate her willingness to take the time to listen, share her experiences, and offer the wisdom she’s gained over the years. It’s clear that Carla is genuinely invested not only in the success of our district but also in the wellbeing of our team. Thank you, Carla, for being a dependable, compassionate leader!"
