Purpose: The purpose of this event is to convene Extension, community partners, and statewide trainers to launch the Transdisciplinary Team (TDT) network, identify local needs, and establish goals for improving the access and quality of child care and early learning.

By the end of this conference, participants will:

• Understand the purpose, structure, and statewide context/needs of the TDT.
• Build relationships with state partners and become familiar with KCCTO and Cape.
• Identify what is needed from the TDT to create a community impact.
• Co-create short-term and long-term goals with interest-area workgroups.
• Take home a fully stocked sensory bin to jump-start local engagement and provider support.

10:00 am - 10:30 am: KCCTO Introduction
10:30 am - 11:30 am: CAPE Ambassador Foundations + Training
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm: TDT Goal-Setting Workshop
1:15 pm - 1:45 pm: Wrap-Up & Sensory Bin Disbursement
1:45 pm - 2:30 pm: Manhattan Childcare Business Initiative Presentation and Tour
