K-State Extension Coaching Team Membership Changes

September marks a time of transition for the New Agent Coaching Team as we say "thank you" to those whose terms are ending and welcome new members to the team.
Congratulations to the new members of the K-State Extension New Agent Coaching Team! New team members are:
• Kyler Langvardt, Geary County Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent
• Will Morris, Wildcat District 4-H Youth Development Agent
• Sonya Murphy, Leavenworth County 4-H Youth Development Agent
• Melissa Thimesch, Kingman County 4-H Youth Development Agent
• Lane Wiens, Shawnee County Horticulture Agent
They will join returning team members:
• Carol Ann Crouch, West Plains District Director
• Tara Solomon-Smith, Southwind District Adult Development and Aging Agent
• Monica Walker, Grant County Family and Consumer Sciences Agent
• Tristen Cope, Chisholm Trail District Family and Consumer Sciences Agent
• Anna Muir, Phillips-Rooks District Director
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our coaches who are finishing terms on the coaching team:
• Michelle Beran, Family and Community Wellness Agent, Cottonwood District
• Liz Brunscheen-Cartagena, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, Sedgwick County
• Andrea Burns, Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent, Ford County
• Kaitlin Peine, Family and Community Wellness Agent, Douglas County
• Cassie Thiessen, Horticulture Agent, Post Rock District
• Matt Young, Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent, Brown County
Since October 1, 2023, the coaching team has advised and mentored 111 new agents. Their hard work and dedication makes a difference to K-State Extension!
