Appreciative Inquiry Registration Deadline January 10
Are you a county or district coordinator and struggle to ask the right questions to motivate your staff? Or do you work with community groups and often find they are stuck in a rut and not moving forward?
Appreciative Inquiry may be a method which could work for you to help move things forward. Appreciative Inquiry focuses on the strengths and asks questions which further enhances the capacity of the system. It enables groups to facilitate positive change in their organization or community.
To learn about Appreciative Inquiry, plan to attend the training being held on Thursday, January 16, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the K-State Polytechnic Conference Center. Cost of the training is $25 which includes lunch. Make checks payable to KSU and send to Melissa McHugh, Extension Programs, 121A Umberger Hall, 1612 Claflin Road, Manhattan, KS 66506. Registration deadline is January 10.

This training is being sponsored by K-State Research and Extension, Community Vitality. Community Development PFT members are encouraged to attend this professional development training.
