Grand Challenge for Health: By April 30 Provide Your Input on ECOP Health Framework Survey
National Survey on Extension’s Perspectives on Health Equity and Well-Being
KSRE is one of 13 state Extension systems that has been selected to participate in a short survey about Extension’s work to advance health equity and well-being by implementing five recommendations outlined in Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health Equity & Well-Being.
WHO: Please complete the survey if your programs, projects, initiatives are or could be included within the Grand Challenge for Health focus area. Of interest are efforts in:
• health and well-being
• community health (coalitions, systems, networks)
• health care access, affordability
• health equity
• One Health (human, environment, animal)
• community capitals.
WHAT: ECOP’s anonymous survey to share your point of view takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
