2025 4-H Program Rally
Please get registered for the Kansas 4-H Program Rally by Friday, January 10! The 4-H Program Rally will be held January 22-24, 2025, in Great Bend at the Great Bend Events Center. The registration fee is $75 which will cover 1 lunch and breaks, co-branded items, program materials, meeting space, insurance, etc.
Any K-State Research and Extension staff member working with 4-H Youth Development programming is welcome.
Participants choose their accommodations in Great Bend. There is a list of hotels in the Kansas 4-H TEAM, Program Rally Channel.
There is an optional fee of $16 to have lunch on Wednesday. This might be the perfect place to meet up with a committee, mentors or a programming group and as a bonus enjoy a great BBQ lunch.
You will find a directory of workshops in the TEAM folder. There will also be a wide variety of SPARK Sessions to attend. In addition the program will include new resources, an update from our State 4-H Leader and the Kansas 4-H Foundation and much more!
The basic schedule for planning purposes is as follows:
Wednesday, January 22: Registration begins at 11:00 am, noon lunch is optional, and the meeting will begin at 1:00 pm. The meeting concludes at 5:00 pm with a special session for Program Managers and Program Assistants 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm. Free Evening.
Thursday, January 23: Opening Session at 8:00 am. Closing at 5:00 pm. Lunch is included and plan to join Trivia Night at Dry Lake Brewing, and dinner on your own which you can bring to Trivia Night.
Friday, January 24: Opening at 8:30 am and closing at Noon.
