Take a Quick Survey to Help Us Develop Resources for Reporting Indirect Contacts
During last Friday's Extension Update, we announced that beginning October 1, 2021, our system will undergo some reporting changes.
- We will no longer be able to use visual estimates to report the race, ethnicity, and gender of client contacts. Program participants will need to self-report.
- We will require the use of program activity reports in PEARS.
- The reporting of indirect contacts will be strongly encouraged to help us get a better idea of how we are reaching the public with educational messages.
A committee is working on developing educational resources to help make this a smooth transition and we need your input. Please take a couple of minutes to complete a survey about your needs related to reporting indirect educational contacts.
