New Northwest Area Agronomist
Extension Colleagues,
I am thrilled to announce that Jeanne Falk Jones will be promoted to the position of Northwest Area Agronomist, effective August 31, 2025. Jeanne has been a dedicated Multi-County Agronomist with K-State since 2004, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership in developing agronomic programs that address farmers' concerns. With her extensive knowledge of High Plains crop production, strong relationships with numerous area farmers, and the respect she has earned from both extension agents and agronomy faculty across the College of Agriculture, Jeanne is well-prepared for this new role. Her commitment to her profession and her leadership skills will undoubtedly serve her well in this new capacity.
