4-H Online Rollover Reminder

Submitted by McKenzie Zimmermann

This is a reminder that our current program year is coming to a close and the new 2022-2023 program year will begin. To ensure 4-H Online will be working correctly for families for the new program year on October 1, the tasks within the 4-H Online End of Year Prep for Rollover guide should be completed no later than September 28, 2022.

On September 28, after 11:59 p.m., the 4-H Online system will roll over to a new program year. On September 29 and 30, the system will be closed to families, and they won’t be able to log in until October 1. The State 4-H Office will spend September 29 and 30 ensuring that active clubs, county project aliases and coupon codes have rolled over properly.

Suppose your county or clubs within your county intend on sponsoring youth members for the upcoming new program year. In that case, the Sponsor Order Form must be completed to start a new sponsorship or continue an existing sponsorship.
