Resources are Available to Help You Complete the Agent Performance Review Process
Be sure to check out the Agent Performance Review webpage that is full of resources to help simplify the process.
Resources include specific instructions for agents, local unit directors without supervisory responsibilities and local unit directors with supervisory responsibilities. You’ll also find samples of the board evaluations forms, sample correspondence to board members and other supporting information. In addition, a board leadership video on the agent performance review process is available to help prepare board members for completing this process.
New this year! We've included guidance on creating SMART goals and a step-by-step video for how to complete an agent performance review in PEARS.
