Tax Issues for Local Extension Units
The beginning of the year tends to bring many questions on tax issues for local Extension offices. We also have many new directors and office support that might not even be aware of the tax issues. We have occasionally run into issues where paying sales taxes to the state was missed which turns into a challenge.
