Rock Springs Ranch is seeking a service-minded, positive thinker who can join our leadership staff as the Conference and Retreats Director year round.
To be successful in this role, the Conference and Retreats Director will ensure that the service departments have the information they need and are working to exceed guest expectations for each outing.
This position reports to the Rock Springs Ranch executive director. Seasonal duties will include providing support to the shooting sports program at camp and managing all aspects of the snack bar. This position will live on site and serve as the manager on duty on a rotational schedule to host retreat and conference groups.
